11:00 am – Beginners Yoga
Discover the fundamentals of healthy body movement via yoga postures as you learn how to move and activate muscle groups consciously. Designed for people who are looking for a safe place to try yoga for the first time, or to come back to yoga after a long time away.

12:00 pm – Acro / Partner Yoga
Explore the basic elements of the practice, where both parties try base and flyer work actively together. We will enhance balance, practice inversions and work with strength elements.

1:00 pm – Align Your Flow Yoga
An alignment-focused vinyasa flow practice that sculpts and tone the muscles of body and mind with an emphasis on correct alignment and functional movement as a way to heal old injury and prevent new ones.

2:00 pm – Rest & Restore Yoga
Gentle, supportive floor based practices to calm your nervous system and quiet your mind and bring a boost to your immune system.

3:00 pm – Yin Flow Yoga
A gentle floor-based practice that facilitates deep facial release, calming the mind and nourishing the body through longer and passive holds of posture that will help you to slow down amidst the busyness of life.
