I have been attending Sama Studio since the beginning of 2017. Sama Studio is a welcoming calm space and Laura’s classes are always informative and fun. I always leave feeling connected to my body and at peace with the world. Earlier this year when faced with the prospect of neck surgery, I attended Private Lessons with Laura and she guided me through practices to strengthen my body starting from my feet up. At this time, the prospect of surgery is just a memory. Laura is a true professional with a kind, compassionate soul — HELEN PIDDINGTON
