Welcome to the SAMA Kula (family of heart)!

$245 for use on any class during Term 1, 2020.
It’s a great way of sampling our new classes and teachers.

SAMA represents yoga excellence, our classes are designed to build your skills week on week. Which is why we prefer our students to commit to a course for a term.

However, we understand if you want to get to know us first. The Ten Class Pass can be used by one person for any class in Term 1, 2020 at our Coffs Harbour studio.

Unlimited Yoga Pass

All the yoga you could possibly want for $33 per week!

If you are intending to commit to more than one class per week. An unlimited yoga pass gives you the freedom to explore our varied timetable. 

This is a Foundation Member price for a limited time only (it will be $45 weekly after February 10).

The Unlimited Yoga Pass lets you attend any and every class you want and is our best value option. 

It’s a weekly payment by subscription, with a minimum 12-week commitment.

COURSES & CLASSES

I have been attending Sama Studio since the beginning of 2017. Sama Studio is a welcoming calm space and Laura’s classes are always informative and fun. I always leave feeling connected to my body and at peace with the world. Earlier this year when faced with the prospect of neck surgery, I attended Private Lessons with Laura and she guided me through practices to strengthen my body starting from my feet up. MONDAY

Yin Flow Course

Monday 10:00 am – 1 hour 30 mins

A SAMA Studio signature style slow flow class focused on releasing tension around the hips and spine. In this class, you can expect to practice a series of standing poses that serves to both strengthen and settle you into your body before wrapping up with a sequence of relaxing and grounding yin movements. You’ll leave class feeling uplifted, free through the spine, clear in the mind and ready for the rest of your day.

Beginners Course

In this course, you will discover the yoga basics and develop a strong foundation for future practice. Discover the fundamentals of healthy body movement via yoga postures as you learn how to move and activate muscle groups consciously.

This course is designed for people who are looking for a safe place to try yoga for the first time, or to come back to yoga after a long time away. You’ll feel fit, gain confidence, increase your energy and embrace a fun health practice, feeling inspired by what your body is capable of.

In this course, you will continue working with the yoga basics to support your ongoing yoga journey. Moving more slowly and gently is perfect for students recovering from injury or illness, or those simply seeking a softer approach to practise.

Emphasis in this class is on supported alignment and precision keeping you stable and strong while giving you the spaciousness to be present and slow down. Suitable for beginners and not-so-beginners.

Align Your Flow Course

An alignment-focused vinyasa flow practice that sculpts and tone the muscles of body and mind.  In this class, you’ll explore slightly more challenging variations of postures and receive step-by-step instruction and adjustment as required to help you get there. You will gain greater strength and improve your flexibility, balance, tone and body awareness.

With an emphasis on alignment and functional movement as a way to heal old injury and prevent new ones, you will restore and transform your body. A powerful, focused, intelligent practice that supports you to maintain fitness, de-stress and boost both your energy and mood.
